Geocache Description:

Your new GONIL board members are excited to be serving the GONIL community this year and are looking for ways to promote geocaching in positive and fun ways. We hereby invite geocahers and muggles alike to spend an evening together while the Board serves up some YUM (ice cream and root beer floats) FUN (nearby caching)! We will be providing Ice Cream Sundaes or Root Beer Floats for a minimal charge of $1.00! That's right folks - when did you last purchase a scoop of ice cream OR a root beer float for a mere dollar??? BONUS - IF you decide that the root beer float is what floats YOUR boat - you will receive (while supplies last) a GONIL mug for free! (that's the "boat" that your float will be served in). However, mug supplies are limited so you must log your will attend and indicate HOW MANY in your party and if you want the root beer float option. We'll do our best to accommodate requests for floats if we can. BUT if you're not a root beer fan then we'll also provide the ice cream and toppings to create a delicious sundae!

In order to help with the purchase of supplies PLEASE log a WILL ATTEND and the NUMBER in your party.

Show up between 7:00 PM and 8:30 PM - we will have plenty of ice cream even if you arrive late. The park closes at 11:00 (that's when they will kick us out if we're still there) so there's time for caching-a-plenty after you indulge your sweet tooth!

BYOC - Bring your own lawn chair (and probably bug spray!).
