[LV]Asaru dzelzceļa stacijas ēka Būvēta 1926.gadā, arhitekts Pēteris Feders (1868.-1936.). Jūtamas 19.gs.otrās puses staciju būvniecības tradīcijas. Caurstaigājama ēka ar plašu stiklotu perona nojumi. Austrumu puses fasādē daudzstūraina koka kafejnīca vasaras sezonai. Asaros senākā koka stacijas ēka atradās pašreizējās mūra ēkas vietā, Stacijas ielas galā. To Pirmā pasaules kara laikā, 1917.gada augustā atkāpjoties Rīgas virzienā nodedzināja krievu armija. Par šo laiku spilgtas atmiņas pierakstījusi Latvijas universitātes profesore Līna Birziņa: „Braucām pa Melitas ielu uz stacijas pusi. Melitas ielas galā pavērās šausmīga postaža. Dega Asaru stacija. Uz sliedēm stāvēja izdeguši vagoni, drezīnas, izsvaidītas kastes un salauztas mēbeles, vējš trenkāja telegrāfa lentas un apdegušu papīru driskas.” Vairākus gadus pēc kara stacijas vajadzībām izmantoja daļu no līdzās esošās darbinieku dzīvojamās ēkas. Tā kā pakāpeniski pieauga pasažieru skaits, telpas kļuva par šaurām, un 1924./25.gada budžetā toreizējā atbildīgā organizācija – Dzelzceļu virsvalde paredzēja 4800 latu jaunas ēkas celšanai. Jauno mūra stacijas ēku projektēja profesors, arhitekts Pēteris Feders. Bija uzdevums veidot atsevišķu vasaras daļas būvi, kas būtu noslēdzama pēc vasaras sezonas beigšanās. Par piešķirto naudu vispirms tapa 16-stūru vasaras daļa kā slēgts stikla lievenis. 1925.gadā uzsāka ziemas daļas būvi. Masīvo mūra stacijas ēku pabeidza būvēt 1926.gadā. Tās centrālo daļu aizņēma uzgaidāmā telpa ar izeju uz platformu un stacijas pagalmu. Rietumu galā bija darba telpas, bet austrumu galā – bufetes jeb kafejnīcas telpas. Kases telpu iekārtoja tā, ka biļetes varēja tirgot gan no uzgaidāmās telpas, gan no perona. No kafejnīcas varēja nokļūt gan vasaras piebūvē, gan uz platformas. Segtā platforma veidota kā visas ēkas galvenais arhitektoniskais akcents ar arkām galos un centrā, ko ietver balsti ar rustu imitāciju. Masīvo apjomu vieglāku vērš plašie stiklojumi. Būve paredzēja iespēju uzņemt 400 cilvēku, un būvniekam – Dzelzceļu virsvaldei kopumā tā izmaksāja 47 000 latu. 1999.gadā Asaru dzelzceļa stacijas ēku izremontēja. Atbilstoši šodienas pieprasījumam bufetes telpās ir iekārtots veikals.
