Geocache Description:

3rd in the Vice-Presidential Series.

Aaron Burr, Jr., graduated summa cum laude in three years from the College of New Jersey.  He is probably most famous for killing Alexander Hamilton in a duel, but he did serve as vice-president to President Thomas Jefferson.  He actually ran against Jefferson in 1800, and the two men tied in the Electoral College.  The tie was broken in the House of Representatives - Hamilton voiced strong support for Jefferson, who won the presidency.  Hmmm, don't know if that's where the problem started, but we know where it ended.

The cache is basic - don't worry they are about to get more challenging.  Be safe.  Have fun!

** A note from IowaChupacabra: Hello! I am attempting to maintain Blue Grass Tom’s geocaches. Have fun as you travel and explore up and down these Iowa back country roads to find the geocaches in this series. As you do so, if you happen upon a wet log, torn bag, or cracked/damaged/missing container, and graciously make the choice to add/replace paper/bag or change out/replace a container, I would certainly appreciate it and Thank You for the help. I attempt to make a run through the area every few months to fix the problems noted in the logs, but there’s always something! Thank You!
