Earn More Than 30 Souvenirs in August 2013!
Start plotting your crafty strategy, rally your friends and prepare for a month of geocaching like no other. August is being celebrated by geocachers around the world as the “31 Days of Geocaching.” Find a geocache, log a “Found it” (or an “Attended” for an Event Cache) and earn a unique calendar-style Geocaching souvenir for each day in August. That’s 31 souvenirs up for grabs.
In preparation for "31 days of Geocaching" Team Mollymap thought it would be fun to start a new local series and they invited us to play along. You can find their original listing at 31 Days of Caching "Team Mollymap's Hide" http://coord.info/GC4FXTR. While NOT a requirement of any kind for finding this cache, please feel free to find their cache and others in the series booked marked at their site.
This cache is a Letterbox Cache and an easy puzzle to solve. The cache IS NOT at the posted coordinates.
A letterbox cache contains a stamper and a stamper pad which remain with the geocache. Feel free to use the stamper to stamp your personal journal or log book and stamp our log with your personal stamper if you have one. If you don't have a stamper, no worries, just sign the log as usual.
The posted cache coordinates will NOT take you to the final but to the parking lot of Canova Beach Park. This park has free parking, beach access, and a dog beach which is open dawn to dusk! Once there, get the clues below to find the coordinates to the final. Good Luck and Happy Caching.
