Geocache Description:

IGRANFONDO PEDALS TO RAGBRAI The IBP Ice Center is near the starting point for the Gran Fondo and a cache nearby.

IGRANFONDO PEDALS TO RAGBRAI The forecast is great for a bike ride on Saturday! The iGran Fondo starts in Sioux City and pedals about 100 miles south to Council Bluffs on July 20th to the start of this year's RAGBRAI event. The iGran Fondo century route follows a path through the Loess Hills of western Iowa, and is mostly flat to downhill with one large climb. The route will leave Sioux City from the IBP Ice Center, heading south on Highway 75 with police escort around 7 a.m. ​There are two routes: a short route (60 Miles) and a century route (100 Miles). Each route promises to be challenging, regardless of distance. For more information and to sign up click here.
