Geocache Description:

Easy cache. Placed with permission of Baker House.

Built in 1885, this historic Queen Anne Mansion was built by the wife of Robert Hall Baker, who grew up next door where Bella Vista is today. First a Summer home- 17,000sq ft home for $15,000- what a deal; then it became a Sanitarium, St. Moritz Hotel, then Restaurant and now BakerHouse Hotel & Restaurant. Fun Fact- In 1967 a riot broke out causing the FENCE to collapse that separated BakerHouse from Harbor Shores. This area is very busy during weekends so be stealthy, and watch out for Mugglers! There is room for SWAG- toys, trinkets, etc. SWAG in wooden coin is available in container. Let us know if you take last one so we can replace them.
