I CITO ... Do You?


OK, time to try some thing different, let's try a mini clean up on this sections of highway. This mini-CITO event is scheduled to start at 7:00 pm, & will last for just 1 hour. What we do not get picked up with this mini-CITO, will be where the group will start for the next mini-CITO event.

The section that we will be working on is, US Hwy 151 (between Mount Vernon Rd & Blaines Crossing). There are signs along the highway, indicating which section of roadway that the "Iowa Geocachers Organization" has adopted.

We will be meeting in the parking lot for the Third Base Sports Park, across from the Casey's on Mt Vernon Rd. After some brief instructions, we will be splitting up in to smaller groups to start picking up the trash. The more people that come out & help out, the faster it will go for all. Please bring gloves and any special tools you may have for picking up trash.

Since the Iowa DOT requires that all participants wear a safety vests (which they will be providing), in your "Will Attend" please provide me with a number in your group.
