Millard Fillmore previously served as a US Congressman before becoming VP under President Zachary Taylor. When Taylor died, Fillmore became president. He is consistenly ranked in the bottom 10 of all Presidents of the US. I have no idea how he ranked as a vice-president. Fillmore founded the private University of Buffalo which later became public as the University at Buffalo and is the largest school in the New York state university system.
This cache should present a little challenge. Park carefully and safely. Be safe. Have fun!
