Feel free to keep/re-use the container elsewhere. We don't need it back. Thank You for the help!

#31 in the VIce-Presidential Series.

Charles Curtis had been a leader in the US Senate and became Vice-President under President Hoover.  He was the first vice-president to have significant Native American ancestry and was nearly one-half Native American.  He was born in Kansas while it was still a territory, and became a successful jockey in prairie races.  A widower when elected to the Vice-Presidency, he had his half-sister, Dolly Gann, move in with him to act as a hostess for official gatherings.  To date, Curtis is the last VP to be unmarried while in office.

Nice remote spot for a cache I think.  Stretch a bit.  Step carefully.  Be safe.  Have fun!

** A note from IowaChupacabra: Hello! I am attempting to maintain Blue Grass Tom’s geocaches. Have fun as you travel and explore up and down these Iowa back country roads to find the geocaches in this series. As you do so, if you happen upon a wet log, torn bag, or cracked/damaged/missing container, and graciously make the choice to add/replace paper/bag or change out/replace a container, I would certainly appreciate it and Thank You for the help. I attempt to make a run through the area every few months to fix the problems noted in the logs, but there’s always something! Thank You!
