Geocache Description:

Permission granted by Michael Ashbeck Chief of Police and Bruce Piontek Chairman of Wabeno to place these caches.

Bear Bait is a little power trail of park and grabs in the Northwoods. Most are on dirt roads that do NOT have much traffic except bear hunters. (There is a reason why this trail is named Bear Bait.) Final cache is in town nearby local businesses. You will see a geocaching sign nearby—be stealthy, as this one is downtown.. Cache #22 is only Large cache on trail with containers in it. All caches are roadside and within feet of some private property signs. Per Forest County Zoning guidelines: County roads; 75 feet from the centerline or 42 feet from the edge of the right of way. Past this will be private property. All caches are either white or black film canisters except #22 and# 306 which are large ammo boxes. Have fun!!!
