Greatland Reviewer: I archived this cache because it is apparently on a "military installation," which is in violation of Guideline I.1.6 (https://www.geocaching.com/about/guidelines.aspx#restrictedareas) and because the Cache Owner has not responded to Voyager Reviewer's note or the Needs Archived note.
The cache can be unarchived if the Cache Owner provides permission for placing a cache here.
Please note that unarchiving a cache page requires it to go through the same review process as a newly proposed cache, using the cache placement guidelines currently in effect.
