A small Mulitcache which takes about 45 minutes.
The tower is about 9 meters high and was built in 1578. The tower was part of a system of coastal towers that were built on the cliffs of the southern coast of Sardinia for spotting pirates. Now it is an emblem of the city Villasimius. You can find the tower on a lot of pictures or postcards from this city with the grand view up to the hill or down to the city. Each day on my vacation in Villasimius I had a beautyful view up to this tower. Experienced climbers can climb up to the tower but for this cache you don´t have to. But it´s fun and you can take very nice pictures from the top.
At the starting point you have to find the way up to the tower. When you reach the tower you can find the cache from the center of the tower in 45meters in 148degrees. When you climb on the large stones at the final you have also a very nice view.
