Beļavas (Kārtenes) pilskalns (178m)

Beļavas pilskalns atrodas 20 m uz ZR no "Ilgupju" mājām un ir augstākais punkts Gulbenes paugurvalnī - 178 m vjl. Pilskalns ierīkots vairāk nekā 4 ha liela un 35 m augsta kalna virsotnē, kura malas stāvas, ar atzarojumiem. Plakumam ir aptuveni sešstūra forma, tas ir kumps, uz visām pusēm par 3-5 m nolaidens un pamazām pāriet nogāzēs, kas samērā kraujas. Plakuma garums A-R virzienā ir apm. 100 m, platums - 60-70 m. ZR un DA puses atzarojumos nogāzes mazāk stāvas, šajās pusēs varētu būt atradušās ieejas vietas pilskalnā. ZR pusē vērojami divi pāris metrus augsti vaļņi un grāvji. Iespējams, ka pilskalna DA un D bijusi izveidota terase. Pilskalna plakumu un sānus līdz nogāžu vidum sedz ap 1 m biezs kultūras slānis - ogļmelns, un bez oglēm satur arī akmeņu drumslas, dzīvnieku kaulus un māla trauku lauskas.

Belavas (Karten) Castle Hill (178m)

Belavas mound located 20 m to the NW of the "Ilgupju 'home and is the highest point Gulbenes hill - 178 m above sea level. Mound installed more than 4 ha and 35 m high hill, whose steep sides of the branches. Flat area is approximately hexagonal shape, it is Kump, on all sides, about 3-5 m gentle slopes and gradually move to a relatively steep.
