O geocaching é um hobby que surgiu em 2001 após a abertura do sinal GPS à comunidade civil.
No entanto, foi nos últimos anos que se deu o "boom", existindo actualmente cerca de 6 milhões de geocachers, que procuram diariamente as cerca de 2,231,421 caches de diferentes tipos actualmente ativas com os seus GPS ou Smartphones.
Geocaching is a hobby that started in 2001 after the opening of the GPS signal to the civilian community.
However, it was in recent years that the big "boom" took place, with about 6 million geocachers, seeking daily at approximately 2,231,421 caches of different types currently active with their GPS or Smartphones.
Atentos a esta realidade, os Amigos do Geocaching, resolveram desta feita realizar um evento mais direcionado para as dúvidas, os problemas e os obstáculos que nos deparamos diariamente enquanto tentamos disfrutar desta nossa querida atividade:

- Como colocar uma cache?

Aware of this reality, "Amigos do Geocaching" (Geocaching Friends) decided this time to hold an event for more targeted questions, problems and obstacles we face as we try to enjoy every day of this our beloved activity:
- What varies in the different types of caches?
- How to make a log?
- What to do with a trackable?
- How to place a cache?

Estas e muitas outras questões poderão estar na mente de muitos de nós. Assim sendo, resolvemos realizar neste evento uma pequena apresentação, não pretendendo ser de forma alguma "uma formação" mas sim um espaço onde todos podem aprender e/ou melhorar com todos.
Convidamos toda a comunidade geocachiana a comparecer nas coordenadas indicadas a partir das 19:30 para expor as suas questões, colaborar no esclarecimento das dúvidas de outros geocachers e conviver.

These and many other questions may be on the minds of many of us. Therefore, we have decided to make in this event a short presentation, not intended to be in any way a "masterclass" but a place where everyone can learn and / or improve with everybody.
We invite the entire geocaching community to attend at the given coordinates at 19:30 to expose your issues, assist in clarifying the doubts of other geocachers and socialize.
