Because of two DNF's due to a gate being placed between the town of Midas and "Midas Castle A.K.A Open Says Me!", I made a trip to Midas to scope out the situation. Indeed, there was a gate but it was unlocked and there were no "No Trespassing" signs visible from the outside of the gate. I opened the gate, drove through and waited. No yelling, no shots fired, so...good to go. After scrambling around the cache site for a while I realized my GPS was playing with me so I slid to the bottom of the hill and looked up. There it was. Once the cache was retreived I backtracked down to the gate and made it through unscathed.
This "new" cache is the same container with the same swag and travel items as "Midas Castle...". The only difference is the location. It's a good place for a picnic.
