During my last 6 1/2 years with the IRS, I worked in the International division, where we dealt extensively with U.S. Possessions.
This cache is located in a wooded area along a road. The cache contains a log, pencil, small trade items and a prize for FTF. No credit without your signature. I parked at the side of the wellhouse driveway.
