How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

A Creative Geocaching Workshop.

A good soup is a mixture of the right ingredients for a great taste.

This is an opportunity for all cache creators or potential cache creators to come together with the right ingredients to produce some fantastic cache creations.

I will provide the Workshop, Tools & Soup.

You bring along a selection of items to make a creative cache and all attendees can throw in a mixture of ideas into the pot to make a cache of great taste.

Event Date Sunday 6th April 2014.

Event Time: 12:00 to 17:00

Where:- At the rear of 2b Holes Lane, Knottingley, WF11 8LH.
Entry & parking along Lyng Court/ Holes Lane, do not block residents driveways.

Here is a fantastic opportunity for hiding specialists to gather together crafty ideas and creative juices and have a fun little geocache building workshop!

Bring your own container and supplies to share or finish.

Share ideas for "evil" caches, container types and "camouflage" styles.

The whole idea behind geocaching, is to hide a selected container, and yet have it blend with the environment so no "muggles" discover it.

It is intended to submit this event for consideration by Groundspeak as a Maker Madness event, and if accepted, a unique souvenir & certificate will be available for all attendees.
