Geocache Description:





From March 28 – April 7, geocachers around the world will join together to celebrate the people in their community who make geocaching possible.

Are you an accomplished geocache maker? This is your chance to share your mad skills and big brain with your fellow geocachers.

The best geocaches are not just thrown together willy-nilly. They are a labor of love that take time and careful planning.

We will be discussing how we make our geocache hides and sharing our ideas with each other. We may even brainstorm and come up with some new ideas of new hides. We will meet at the Pavillion at Family Park from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm.

If you are not a hider yet, come and join in the fun and learn how you can make some of these great geocaches to hide in the future.

I am asking everyone who is a hider to bring some of your designs and share them with all of us. Also bring some of your ideas of future hides that you would not mind sharing.

Anyone who logs an “Attended” at a registered Maker Madness event will earn a Maker Madness souvenir, so this is your chance to earn a special souvenir for your profile!

All attendees will also receive a special certificate for attending this "Maker Madness" event.
