Bethel Grove Cemetery is found in Section 26 of Iowa Township, Marshall County, Iowa. It is also known as Hauser Cemetery.
From Bethel Grove Christian Church: A History by Miss Mae McKibben:
“After a peaceful moonlight evening at the Stephen Ulery home just north of the church, as he walked home across the fields to his son Jacob’s home, Elder Frederick Hauser paused on a hill nearby. He decided that was the place where he would like to be buried when he died. The Jacob Hauser family then gave the land for a burial ground - the present Bethel Grove Cemetery.”
