Have done a little reading on the Kugle Ball Fountain, and these things are all over the world. This one is still covered for the winter season and the water is still off. I guess since some of these things are inside if you get your gps unit in a photo of the building that it is in that will count as a find ( photo of the actual ball would be cool also ). The out door fountains should have your gps in a photo of the ball. SOP for virtual caches. One log per geocacher, each ball can be logged only once. No internet finds - only photos you take with your GPS there. moose
