To accompany the UK Mega Essex 2015 event we will have an outdoor arena set up with fantastic displays running throughout the day. The provisional schedule for the arena is:

As well as the Mega Event on Saturday 1st August, camping will also be held on the spacious camping fields at Barleylands Farm from Monday 27th July to Monday 3rd August. We will be providing plenty of electric hookups and additional high quality facilities for campers who stay on site with us. The whole committee will be camping on site for the full duration of the event so that we are always there to answer any questions, provide any help, and join in with the fun!

There are excellent travel links to the venue. The county of Essex has two airports in Stansted and Southend. It is also easily accessible from the other major airports at Luton, Gatwick, and Heathrow. The Channel Tunnel provides a link between Folkstone, Kent and Calais, France. The venue is just over an hours drive from Folkestone.
Billericay train station has direct transport links to the airport in Southend and London Liverpool street along with other stations. From Billericay station, you can catch a bus straight to the bus stop right outside the venue!
