Geocache Description:

This cache is located within Wolcott Mill Metropark.  A Metroparks permit is required:  $7 daily pass, $30 annual pass, $20 seniors.  All park rules and regulations apply.  Park in parking lots only.

This cache is located in a remote portion of Wolcott Mill Metropark.  If you are up for a walk, you can park at the Historic Center.  If you park at the Farm Center, wading across the North Branch of the Clinton River will be necessary.  Or if you would like to drive within close range of the cache, you can park at the coordinates that are listed here.

The reason we picked this location is that one of the ponds located here actually has goldfish in it.  Don’t know why, but they have been there for years and wanted to share this with everyone.  While placing this cache, we noticed trees and bushes have grown up around the pond so it’s not as easy to spot the fish.  However, we did see a couple of the goldfish from our vantage point of above the pond on the path.

For the First to Find we have a special gift.
