Geocache Description:

We are group of young Dorset volunteers who have set a trail so you can go back in time and walk in the Shoes of a Dorset First World War Soldier. In this cache there are things to swap, some history cards we made and a QR code to scan with a WW1 radio show and extra info. We did all the research and design work and made our own app.

In this cache we have tried to tell the story of a Dorset First World War Soldier as he experienced the reality of war. We did all the research and design work and made our own app. We would love to know what you think about the story we tell you while you stand in this spot. Cache placed with the kind permission of Moreton Estate.
