Geocache Description:

Barbed wire can't keep them in! Two outlaws are often found terrorizing unsuspecting hikers on the Butte........well, actually, they mostly just graze. Of the ten to twenty horses who are frequently on the East side of the Butte, two wily Houdinis somehow manage to slip through, around, under or over the fence to graze on the lush grass outside their confinement. This cache is dedicated to the big horse with the flaxen mane, and his Appaloosa sidekick!

This cache is off one of the trails up the Butte, and is on the way to several other caches on this big, sagey rock. There is a 5$ parking fee for the main parking lot.  The trail is steep at first, but gets easier as you go. When you come to where the trail bumps up against the horse pasture fence, hold as straight a trail as you can, not diverting to the right. A mega bison awaits you, and FTF will find a TB Bug. Please be stealthy, as there are many non-cachers on these trails. The cache is near where those crafty jailbreakers make their getaway!

Congrats on the FTF, Cavyguy!
