This is another historical bank mural. This is a VERY EASY field solve puzzle. I was unable to locate information about the significance of the murals at this location, but they are pretty to look at. This location is unique in that it has 3 murals - the one in front where the puzzle starts and one on either side of the bank. You will be looking at all 3 to solve the puzzle. The final is within walking distance of the murals.

1b: How many hoes are there?
1c: How many baskets are there?
1d: How many watering cans are there?
The last digit of 1a = A
Add 1b + 1c + 1d = D
Stop #2: Left Mural (if you are facing the front of the building)

2a: How many flowers are on the woman's apron?
2b: How many people appear in this mural?
2c: How many orange sections are on the mosaic border?
2d: How many green sections are on the mosaic border?
Subtract 2b - 2d = B.
Add 2b + 2c = E
Stop #3: Right Mural (if you are facing the front of the building)

3b: How many children are there?
3c: How many flowers are on the top and bottom of the oldest child's dress?
3d: How many trees are there?
Multiply 3a X 3b. Then subtract 3c. That number = C
Add 3a + 3d = F
