Heartland Cacher: Archiving since the event is long over and everyone has had time to log his/her attendance. If not, the listing is not locked, which also goes if the CO wants to add some additional remarks. This also prevents it from appearing on pocket queries unnecessarily. and keeps it from continuing to appear on cacher's search lists. From the guidelines:
After an event has occurred, the listing is to be archived by the geocache owner.
Geocache Description:

January 25th!  Mark your calendars.  January....a wonderful time to get out and enjoy the beauty of winter at the lake, good food, and socializing with some of the area's best.  Please bring a dish to share.    (The Bear plans to make his famous "Weinberg Recipe" sloppy Joes.)  Plates, plasticware, soda, coffee & cocoa provided.

We will be in the meeting room of the Chalco Hills Natural Resources Center,  8901 S. 154th Street.  (North side of Lake Wehrspann.) Event is from 1:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M.    The first 12 to attend will be issued complimentary hog snouts.  (It's fun to watch people eat with these on.) It is possible there will be a few new caches in the area.
