Subindo a Serra, encontramos a aldeia do Gondramaz, que preserva algumas das características mais típicas da Serra da Lousã.
Consta que, partindo deste local, os habitantes, em tempos iam subindo os cursos de água, na procura de alimentos, de caça, para manter viva a sua povoação.
À medida que iam subindo a floresta, por vezes densa, com árvores caídas ao longo dos cursos de água, os caminhos iam ficando mais densos, cobertos por uma vegetação cada vez mais densa. As árvores, fruto das tempestades invernais, iam caindo e bloqueando os seus caminhos, mas a força e engenho ia-lhes permitindo abrir pequenos carreiros, criar pontes com restos das árvores caídas, e assim progredir cada vez mais rumo ao topo da montanha.
O progresso era lento, dificultado pelas belas cascatas, com água límpida, que vinha cheia de força, rumo ao sopé da montanha. Os homens, acompanhados de pequenos utensílios, iam contornando todos os obstáculos.
Certo dia, após passar um pequeno conjunto de cascatas, deram com uma bela criatura, que se banhava nas águas gélidas e límpidas da Montanha. Ficaram espantados com a sua descoberta, e a sua visão logo foi relada aos restantes habitantes da aldeia. Vários grupos se juntaram para a tentar encontrar, mas todas as expedições foram infrutíferas, nunca mais foi vista.
Os relatos de uma anciã davam conta que se travava de uma das filhas do Conde, que ali tinha vindo passar os últimos momentos, de uma vida curta, mas cheia de encantos. Consta ainda que por ali deixou escondidas as suas memórias, numa caixa, que até hoje não foi encontrada.
Vários expedicionários já subiram a ribeira do Conde na busca deste tesouro… … Será que agora este “tesouro” será encontrado???

Going up the mountain, we find the village of Gondramaz, which preserves some of the typical characteristics of the Lousã Mountain.
Reportedly, from this place, the inhabitants, once they climbed the waterways, on the demand for food, hunting, to keep alive their village, they had strange visions…
As they climbed the forest, sometimes dense, with fallen trees along water courses, roads were becoming more dense, covered by an increasingly dense vegetation. The trees, due to the winter storms, were falling and blocking their paths, but the strength and ingenuity would allow them to open small paths, build bridges with debris from fallen trees, and thus progress more and more towards the top of the mountain.
Progress was slow, hampered by beautiful waterfalls, with clear water, coming with strength, towards the foot of the mountain. The men, accompanied by small crafts, managed to bypass all obstacles.
One day, after passing by a small set of cascades, they came upon a beautiful creature, who bathed in the icy, clear waters of the Mountain. Amazed with the discovery, they come back to the village, and their vision soon transmitted to the other villagers. Several groups went together to try to find it, but all the expeditions were unsuccessful, it was never seen again.
The reports of elderly ancients told that it might have been one Count’s daughters, who had come there to spend the last moments of a short life, but full of charms. They also mention that there were left, hidden, the memories of this beautiful lady in a box, which to date has not found.
Several expeditions already climbed the small water course of “Conde” in search of this treasure ... ... Will it be found now???
