Welcome to the SPACE2081 Final!
This is it. The 5.0/5.0. The ultimate SPACE2081 cache. If you are interested in completing the SPACE2081 series, look no further. The instructions below will take you beyond the farthest star to adventures unknown, a large ammo can well-stocked with SPACE swag, and ultimately SPACE2081 immortality.
First of all, there is NOTHING at the posted coordinates! To get the actual location of this cache, you will have to travel over hill, over dale. You will have to spend many hours hiking, puzzling and searching to find the other 80 caches in the SPACE2081 series and collect the code from each cache. After that, you must go to our website and take the final quiz to prove that you've found 'em all. Once you've done that, the coordinates for this cache will be revealed, along with instructions for getting to the cache.
There you have it.
Do you have the skills necessary to challenge the SPACE2081 series? Many will attempt, but few will succeed.
Good luck, may the force be with you, live long & prosper,
-The SPACE Team
The current version of the Wherigo is 1.5. You can download it on Wherigo.com. The cartridge is a play anywhere cartridge, and does not require a significant amount of open space to function as intended.
Please note: Finding this cache without having claimed a find on a SPACE cache of each other D/T rating will result in your log being deleted!
You can check which combinations you have left to find here.
This cache is part of the SPACE 2081: A Geocaching Odyssey challenge.
This challenge contains one cache of each difficulty and terrain combination, plus a final cache which can be found only after finding all 81 caches that are part of the series. Each of those 81 caches will contain a code, which you will use as part of the puzzle to solve the FINAL CACHE.
All the members of the space team are actual cachers who are remaining anonymous for the moment. You can find more info on the series, as well as a complete list of released caches HERE. Please do not post hints or spoilers in your logs. Also, each cache must be signed by any individual cachers going for the final.
Good luck, may the force be with you, live long and prosper.
