Stube Petra Kružića
Od mjesta gdje se nekad, podno brijega, nalazila luka na ušću Rječine, do samostana vode Stube Petra Kružića. Ime su dobile po hrvatskom vojskovođi koji ih je 1531. godine započeo graditi. Uz Stube se nižu gotičke i barokne kapele koje su bile podignute kao zavjeti uglednika. Ukupno je postavljena 561 stepenica. U XIX. st. uokolo samostana počeo se uređivati Marijin perivoj.
Kutijica se ne nalazi na zadanim koordinatama, već da biste otkrili pravu lokaciju trebate se malo pomučiti.

Stairs of Petar Kruzic
In the northwest corner of Titov Square stands a Baroque chapel with a relief of Madonna with the Child on its front. This passable chapel resembles a small triumphal arch and marks the beginning of the Trsat steps that lead to the famous pilgrimage centre, the Franciscan monastery at Trsat. The steps were built in 1531 by order of Warlord Petar Kružić, and were built up over the centuries (up to today's 561 steps) and adorned with votive chapels.
