Geocache Description:

The first day of daylight saving time is now "Geocaching Independence Day".  This is the day that all geocachers should celebrate as it marks the season of longer daylight in the evenings.  Now that the sun is up for an extra hour it is the perfect time to get out and explore these trails without worrying about running out of daylight.  If you do plan on going up for a sunset viewing take a flashlight. Take that evening hike and discover the outdoors.

This is a small cache just up a little spur trail off the main Chumash trail.  It will take you to a spot with a nice view to the north looking at Rocky Peak.  At sunset time this spot offers a nice view to the west.  Continue on up this spur trail and you can find the four new Granpa7 caches and loop around to your starting point.  The loop can be done either in a clockwise or counter clockwise direction and don't forget some water.
