The secret was leaked when this graphic was spotted in the Indian Giver Gaming Corp's (IGGC) quarterly statement. Mayor Mike had no comment when asked about the new waterfront centerpiece but it's assumed that the 'new' marina construction will ultimately provide mooring for a dining boat, crew facilities and a shirt shop. Sessions are expected to last two hours when the boat will surface and re-cycle.
