Geocache Description:

An on-going series of geocaches made from Toys and playthings in the Hastings, St Leonards, Bexhill area (well lets just say South East Area). These will vary in type and size, but will hopefully bring a smile when you find them

This particular cache is very colourful and one of those things that people buy your kids and you really wish they had not, it can be rather noisy and .... Hopefully the hint will help you to narrow down your search area.
