A short stroll from Haydon's Road station, and just the other side of the spacious Garfield Park (24hr access) on your way to Wandle Meadow Park, just where Norbury Brook joins the Wandle river, is a pleasant little peaceful bridge. Stop for a while and see if you can spot any fish. Perhaps have a game of Poohsticks. Take time out from wombling around Wimbledon and be calmed by the flowing waters...let all your worries in life be just water under the bridge...
