"Geocaching 101 - Garner Education Center"

Wednesday September 16, 2015 6:30pm- 7pm



Join the adventure as we learn about geocaching. We will discuss the basics of "How to Geocache" and explore how easy and economical it is to enjoy the game of Geocaching.

Garner Education Center

Geocaching is a game that is fun for the whole family, available almost everywhere in the world, can be played at anytime, and is free to everyone.

We will demonstrate how to sign up for a free account on Geocaching.com and show you what tools you need to get started.

Bring your wifi enabled laptop or tablet if you would like to sign up for a geocaching account as we walk through the steps.

Bring your smart phones if you have them, we will be downloading the free GPS app. from Geocaching.com to get started finding geocaches.

There will be lots of time to answer questions and discuss everything relating to Geocaching.

Experienced Geocacher's, come over and assist and we will have a meet-n-greet.'
