How Geocaching Works

Please note Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer.

Geocache Description:

Tricky to get to but well worth the hike in! Please stay within the Ministik Sanctuary boundaries and do not trespass on adjacent private land. Only attempt to find this one if you are familiar with the local area.

This cache requires a 6 km hike in as it is not beside any road. Your hike will take you through the Ministik Bird Sanctuary to the Ministik Conservation Lands. An adventure indeed!

Use Open Street Map app to view the Ministik Bird Sanctuary boundaries, and stay within them. Trespassing in adjacent private lands is not allowed in the area. It is best only to access the land if you are already familiar with the Ministik Bird Sanctuary.

You will need to hop at least one barbed wire fence to access the cache. Nearer the cache you will see natural area signs along the fence specifying FOOT ACCESS ONLY. You are most welcome to explore this natural area on foot.

Enjoy!
