The citizens were enjoying a typical sleepy day in Spokane. Suddenly there was a horrible screech and a rift in time appeared. The Doctor and the TARDIS were being called back to 2017 to fight a huge plastic-bottle creature in the River#!
After receiving a desperate phone call from Lookout Lisa stating that there seemed to be a huge plastic-bottle creature hiding in the Spokane River# . He landed his TARDIS near the Cache Cave and, sonic screwdriver in hand, dashed to the River# to investigate.
When he arrived, he met Spokane's favorite unusual superhero, Recycle Man! He was nervously popping hand-stands and contemplating the monstrous beast, which was causing the River# to flood the town behind it. Recycle Man saw the Doctor and exclaimed "Have no fear, citizen! I am Peerless Protector of the Planet! Recycle Man! I will help you Recycle this beast!"
Who is this crazy caped creature? The Doctor thought to himself. He noticed, though, that Recycle Man's intentions were good, so they decided to work together to come up with a plan to get rid the River# of the Plastic Menace.
They determined they must teach Spokane to Recycle! Listen to the message they are sending to everyone in town so that the beast will stop growing and save the Spokane River# !
THERE IS NO NEED FOR ANY SPECIAL TOOLS OR ANY EXTRA DEVICES IN ORDER TO RETRIEVE THE CONTAINER. THIS CAN AND SHOULD BE DONE WITH HANDS ONLY. READ, THINK, AND HAVE FUN!!!
