We have visited every covered bridge in New Brunswick. This journey took us to every corner of the province and we discovered many unique locations. We used this location for our wedding photos.
Covered bridges with roofs and wooden sides are called "kissing bridges" because people inside the bridge cannot be seen from outside. Contrary to folk wisdom, they were not designed to produce rural "lovers' lanes," but were covered to protect the structures from deterioration. Some bridges have a length long opening for viewing the water while crossing. Congrats to Dadgeocacher & Mrs for FTF.
The container is very unique. Please no photos of the cache container. The cache is well hidden near the bridge. Please place the cache back exactly as found.
Check out a nearby location for the "Bridges in Time" Adventure Lab.
