Laminated guides for the walk can be borrowed from The Silver Plough, or the dispenser in front of the Village Hall. Please return them after enjoying the walk. This LINK will take you to the Pitton and Farley website from where you can download a guide to this walk and others in the area. The walk is also waymarked with distinctive white discs, in addition to the Wiltshire Footpath discs.
From Cut End, continue to follow Clarendon Way. After passing a farm, and then searching for the path that dives behind the row of cottages, you will chance across this tree. Is it a Leylandii? We hope so, as we have named this cache as a tribute to the car most voted the worst produced in the UK, and one of the last from British Leyland. The cache is “round the back, sir”.
Having done the necessary, making sure you have prep'd the cache box for the next client with the lid closed, and box suitably camouflaged, We congratulate you on completing the series, and would like to join you for light refreshment at The Silver Plough. Cheers!
