Geocache Description:

A small camoed pot. BYOP.

This is a series of puzzle caches based upon the UCI World Tour. Each puzzle builds on the next and they will get increasingly more challenging as you progress through the series. The puzzles will lead to a trail of caches along official cycle routes and therefore are best done by bike. The caches are small and will not contain swaps but could cope with a small TB or geocoin.

The opening stage of the 2015 Tour de France was an individual time trial around Utrecht.

At one point on the course the riders cycled below two signs situated next to each other. The one of the left was for the RING Oost and the one on the right for the RING Zuid. The left hand sign has a code in the bottom left hand corner consisting of 16 characters excluding spaces. The 8th character is A, the 9th character is B and the 16th character is C. The right hand sign gives 2 road numbers. The second of the two is an E road and the number is in green. It's number is DE. Note the D rating. This one might not be quite as straight forward as it seems.

Subtract AB from the Northing for stage 22.

Subtract CD(E+B) from the Westing for stage 22.

You can validate your puzzle solution with certitude.
