From 1854 When Ezra Taft Benson built the mill to 1940 grist was milled into flour here. After being left to the elements for over 40 years, 1983 saw the beginning of a restoration effort that resulted in the building and grounds you see today.
If you would like to tour the mill during your visit, you may do so May-October, Thursday through Saturday from 10am -6pm or by appointment, (435) 882-7678.
