Geocache Description:

This nano is a few blocks away from a ghostly firehouse that's well know for its cinematic history. The park itself is the second oldest in the city (Bowling Green is the oldest if you're curious) and is named after James Duane, an important figure in the Revolutionary War as well as the first Mayor of New York after America gained its independence! Enjoy!

This is a fairly easy "ghost" to catch! Please be conscious of muggles and use stealth! Also please return to exactly where you found! Thanks and enjoy!

Paranormal File #GB060884/091386: Full Roaming Vapor Apparition/ Focused, Non-Terminal, Repeating Phantasm Class 5 Entity ("Slimer" "OnionHead" "Little Spud" "Disgusting Green Blob" ....he slimed me, alright? That's all I need to know. For days I smelled like Ecto Cooler... *shudders*)

Normally I don't care about filling out Egon's reports, and to be honest I'd even let Ray or Winston or even Louis chase after whatever spooky, disgusting spirit we get called to bring in but... This one is personal. This particular disgusting green blob is mine... I don't care if it's the first "actual physical contact" our little group ever had with the paranormal the bottom line is he slimed me... He's toast...

Maybe then the ugly little spud will know not to slime someone with a positron collider, huh? Egon blames himself for letting Slimer free. So do I. I just have to spot the little guy first; he hasn't been on our radar because he's not as much trouble as some of the other ghosts, but he has managed to eat a few hot dog carts out of their house and home... Recently Egon got a tip he's been at a park not far from the firehouse...

For NYWanderer, what we have here is what we call a repeated FTF, on a class-1.5x1.5 nano magnetized vapor, real nasty one too.

Bustin' makes schiebelicious feel good! ...STF but personally, he liked the idea of FTF. They give you fresh log sheets and intact containers, you didn't have to worry about anything! You've never been out there after missing a FTF! You don't know what it's like to be STF! He's *'cached* in the premium account sector. They expect FTF *results*.

Perfect Tommy avoided total protonic reversal a second time for TTF!

If you don't bring tweezers, leckylove wants to relate to you future cachers to try to imagine as you attempt to pry the log out of the cache that all life as you know it stopping instantaneously and every molecule in your body exploding at the speed of light.

ukipiper isn't troubled by strange noises in the middle of the night.

Mbomber33: "gothampixel? I saw it, I saw it, I saw it!"

gothampixel: "It's right here Mbomber33, it's ...looking at me..."

Winston & Ray: "When there's something strange in your neighborhood, who ya gonna call?" tbuck79: "He-Man! He-Man!" Winston & Ray: "..."

fish.josh0 worries leeschne never had a slinky.

leeschne had part of slinky, but he straightened it.

The plaque is very fascinating to Davidfurst. I read a lot myself. Some people think I'm too intellectual but I think it's a fabulous way to spend your spare time. I also play raquetball. Do you have any hobbies?

blaikooz is preparing for the coming of Gozer James Duane.

gromero managed not to fall into the river of slime.

mvasseur3 doesn't want to hear a lot of malarkey about goblins, spooks and demons. He's sticking to the facts of this geocache. Leave the ghost stories to the muggles, understood?

Okay pineapple_pi, who brought the dog?

jeehrlich knows the kids love us!

albertiality: "Wow, this geocache is great! When can we sign in? You gotta try this bench! I'm gonna get my stuff. Hey, we should stay here. For the day. We'll sit in the park, you know, to try it out."

Koho1981, offically Chillchurch won't take any postion with the religious implications of these geocaching phenomenons. Personally Koho1981, Chillchurch thinks it's a sign from the Cache Reviewer Gods, but don't quote him on that.

LinseyG: "You know, it just occurred to me that we really haven't had a successful find with our caching kit equipment." Trikonasana: "I blame myself." LinseyG: "So do I."

We got one! Shaun&family are the first to re-capture Moloch & trap Slimer on the same day!

Hey, Dean Yeager! WeRmoving us to a better office on campus?

mr_maxmimillian truly ain't afraid of no ghost apparition.

muggle: "What are you supposed to be, some kind of a GPS guided cosmonaut?" carlvh37: "No, we're exterminators. Someone saw a cockroach in the park." muggle: "That's gotta be some cockroach."

AJ65NLD is a big Twinkie.
