Alrpal: I have pulled this cache. It looks like there will be homes there very soon. Neither of the trackables were in the cache container.

Should be a pretty quick Park and Grab
The cache is a full sized container in the Pine Vista Estates subdivision and should be there for a while, until they actually truly start selling homesites there. There is no problem entering the subdivision. The name should be the only clue you need. It will also be accessable during normal winters. Heavy snow could be an issue though
