Geocache Description:

*** AFTER WORK CITO PICK-UP, Maslowski Beach, Ashland, WI ***

This CITO Event will be held Tuesday, Sept. 20, 2016 at Maslowski Beach Area, US Highway 2 West, Ashland, WI. Coordinates are at the Parking Area near the Changing/Restrooms. CITO begins at 6 PM and will last an hour.

In 2016, geocachers around the globe will gather together during the week September 17 – 25 to pick up trash, remove invasive species, repair trails and more—PLUS EARN A SWEET SOUVENIR!.

Cache In Trash Out® (CITO) is an environmental initiative supported by the geocaching community. Since 2002, CITO has helped preserve the natural beauty of cache-friendly spaces. In that time, more than 240,000 people have volunteered at 11,000 CITO events.

Please join the fun of the Cache In/Trash Out. We’ll start at Maslowski Beach Area and focus on the lakeshore, picnic area, and possibly the trail to pick-up of all those left-behind items.

THANKS FOR ATTENDING THE PICK UP!
