Kurikan Tuiskulankylässä kiertää 4-12 km pituinen Nuijapolku. Polku on osittain ollut vähällä käytöllä, joten se on miltei kadonnut näkyvistä. Kätköttäjän toive onkin saada poluille enemmän kulkijoita. Polku on merkattu puutolpilla. Nuijamiesten jalanjäljillä - kätköt kiertävät osan Nuijapolusta.
Nuijasota oli suomalaisten talonpoikien kapina aatelistoa ja sotaväkeä vastaan vuosina 1596–1597. Se päättyi verisesti armeijan kukistaessa heikosti varustetut talonpojat.
Historiantutkimuksen keskeisiä selityksiä nuijasodan puhkeamiselle ovat olleet muun muassa ”sota-ajan ja ankarien katovuosien aiheuttamat rasitukset, sotaväsymyksen aiheuttama tyytymättömyyden purkautuminen, poliittinen kiihotus sekä lukumäärässä ja vauraudessa kasvaneen aatelin harjoittama talonpoikien riisto”. In Kurikka's Tuiskulankylä there is 4-12 km long hiking trail called Cudgel trail. The trail has has parts that have not been used so often so the path has all most disappeared. It is "Hider's" wish to get more traffic on these paths. The trail is marked with wooden poles. On Cudgel mens trails (Nuijamiesten jalanjäljille) - caches go around some parts of Cudgel trail.
NOTICE! Caches are not "traditional trail" caches that one can spot from a far but reguire some thought and time.

The Club War (also Cudgel War, Finnish: Nuijasota, Swedish: Klubbekriget) was a 1596-1597 peasant uprising in the kingdom of Sweden (in the part that is now Finland). The name of the uprising derives from the fact that the peasants armed themselves with various blunt weapons, such as cudgels, flails and maces, as they were seen as the most efficient weapons against their heavily armoured enemies.
