During Pattaya Dave's prolonged stay, while under the knife, and unbeknownst to him, they removed one of his vital organs to sell to the highest bidder on the open market. After removing the organ and running test on it, it was discovered that the organ was defective and worthless. So the doctor handed it off to one his cronies to dispose of. While on his way to dispose of the organ, the cronie stopped by a soju tent and proceded to down a few bottles of the evil brew and passed out on a nearby staircase. When he awoke the next morning, he still had Pattaya Dave's organ in his coat pocket. Now stinking and rotting, he quickly hid it before the Catholic priest and nuns discovered him.
