City hall park is a great little park that people forget about because they are all so busy at work. Occasionally you will see people having lunch or enjoying the nice day when the weather is good but for us we can enjoy the park for a different way ... finding what we need. This cache can be found 24/7 stealth is needed due to the muggle rich environment. Please return the cache as found and bring your own writing utensil and maybe tweezers. As always keep calm and cache on. Ther is a red herring here so if you don't see a log sheet then it is not the container. Enjoy. PLEASE DO NOT POST SPOILER PICTURES OF THE CONTAINER. THANK YOU
