What makes this cache special: location
Kolarac, for me, is a very special place. That place always filled me with positive energy - whether while working with people from Kolarac, listening to the concert of my favourite violinist or just walking past it.
In the past few years I was connected with this building in multiple ways, but definitely my favourite memories are Nemanja Radulovic concerts.
It’s clear why we are placing this cache here and upon finding it, my suggestion is to take some time to visit the building and hopefully feel some of that positive energy.
Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment
Ilija M. Kolarac Endowment (Serbian: Задужбина Илије М. Коларца), also known as the Kolarac People's University Building, is at 5 Students' Square in the heart of Belgrade. The building is a monument of a great cultural and historical importance and as such was declared as the immovable cultural property.
The Kolarac People's University Building was erected at the time of the raising awareness about Belgrade as the capital of the new country and the needs of the metropolitan environment for the cultural centre.
The Kolarac People's University Building is the building of the monumental value, first of all because of its purpose and irreplaceable cultural role.
The acoustic hall is particularly valuable, and even nowadays it is the venue of gathering of the music youth and the place of live concert activities. It is known as the most acoustic if not the only really acoustic hall in Belgrade. That is why it is the concerts of the most famous musicians in the world are organized in that hall. Except for the great hall, there is also a small hall on the first floor, where various lectures and promotions are held every day.
The programme concept of the art gallery on the ground floor is directed towards the artistic work of the young visual artists. One part of the Gallery is reserved for the selling of the artistic works of the artists who displayed their works in the Gallery. The bookshop "Аleksandar Belić" is oriented towards selling books from humanistic and social sciences.

At the top of the building (on the roof) there is a big sign with the name of the building.
Count the letters on that sign - that is number X.
After that, cross the street (and the bus station) and come to the RIGHT main entrance of Studentski park (big gate). You will notice that in the wall of the park there are circular openings with fence. Starting in front of the right main entrance (outside of the park), count the Xth opening in the wall going to your right. There the cache awaits you.
