I wanted to draw more attention to this area as I've enjoyed hiking up here myself. There are great views of the valley both east and west, wild game trails, evidence of hawks and other wildlife as well. Be aware that along with the deer and elk there may be predators. Do not attempt alone and let someone at home know where you are going.
There is an ATV trail part way in from the east but hiking is the best way of transport to this cache. There are plenty of low brush areas that you have very little bushwhacking. I thought a few more caches up here would draw fellow cachers and poor Grover (that sits on top of the mountain) wouldn't be so lonely. Enjoy the scenery and take your time. The hills are almost pure sand with round rocks. You may find yourself trying to grip the mountainside with your toes inside your hiking boots. There is ample parking at the big store at the bottom.
