Many of us in the community love to use the family friendly Collins and Meyers Parks hike and bike trails, so why don’t we help give the area a spring-cleaning? We’ll have the chance to walk the paved paths and trails with trash bags in hand, to pick up any trash in a variety of areas around the park. Plus, there are plenty of existing caches to hunt for while cleaning.
Trash bags, gloves, and bottled water will be provided, but you may want to bring a pick-up tool if you prefer to use one. For safety reasons please wear closed toe shoes.
After we’re done, feel free to use the playground, skateboard park, ride your bike, hike the trails, or feed the ducks, fishing, or even go Geocaching! If you’ve never been to these parks, they are a wonderful area to take the family to spend the day. Come out and have some fun with us!

8:00-9:00 AM Sign-in and gather provisions at the Basketball Court Pavillion
9:00-11:00 AM Clean-up
11:30-12:30 PM Hot Dogs / Chips /Cookie/ Soft drinks/Water Lunch Provided
