How Geocaching Works
Use of geocaching.com services is subject to the terms and conditions in our disclaimer
Cache In Trash Out is an ongoing environmental initiative supported by the worldwide geocaching community. Since 2002, geocachers have been dedicated to cleaning up parks and other cache-friendly places around the world. Through these volunteer efforts, we help preserve the natural beauty of our outdoor resources.
This CITO is from 9:30 am - 12:00 pm on Saturday April 29th, at Ballinger Park in Mountlake Terrace.
Please arrive promptly, so everyone can get organized and I can give out instructions for the CITO. Any amount of time you are able to help is greatly appreciated.
We will be walking around the park and the surrounding shoreline of the lake picking up garbage. Please dress to get dirty! Work gloves (if you have a pair), long pants, and boots are a must. Rain gear and layers depending on weather.
Mountlake Terrace Parks Department will provide buckets, disposable gloves, garbage bags and litter sticks.
I will be providing drinks and snacks before the event starts. After the event is over there will be a small raffle of items that were donated for this event.
(No hints available.)
